We serve thousands of patients annually in our three clinics, and are seeking an experienced and results‑driven General Manager with strong operational acumen, financial literacy, goal setting, and performance management skills to oversee all operational, business development, and administrative aspects of Thrive Health Systems. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking with the ability to operate operationally in any of our clinics. The ideal candidate is able to understand, optimize, and replicate the various aspects of our clinic operations to assist in the growth, development, and replication of clinic units. Leadership & Management Strong background in leadership and managerial oversight in businesses that have multiple departments and multiple unit locations. Ability to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration that enables all team members to grow professionally and personally, while also maintaining a patient‑centered focus and a passion for positive in‑clinic experiences. Strategic Planning Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives, aligning with the company’s vision and mission. Financial Oversight Manage and oversee the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with relevant regulations. Ability to streamline and optimize financial reporting to provide timely insights to the team. Operational Efficiency Assist in streamlining operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational performance and enable positive business outcomes. Business Development Identify scaling bottlenecks and provide and implement solutions to enable further scaling. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key staff members, new team members that can add value to our mission, and onboard strategic partners that can assist in the execution of our mission. Team Development Recruit, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams. Build a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development. Risk Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company’s assets and reputation. Requirements Experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a senior management role. Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, healthcare administration, finance, or equivalent experience is preferred. Financial Proficiency Strong financial literacy with a proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning. Leadership Skills Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire, lead, and motivate teams. Analytical Thinking Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions. Communication Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
