Closing Team Leader

Leading the Closing function in a full-time remote capacity, the Closing Team Leader will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient loan processing from Clear-to-Close through funding while providing guidance and support to team members. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily activities of the Closing Team, including workload distribution and deadline management Monitor the closing pipeline to ensure timely progression of loans and compliance with service-level agreements Facilitate communication and coordination with internal departments and external partners to resolve operational issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent relevant education and experience preferred 5+ years of experience in mortgage or commercial lending closing, title, escrow, or related operations Proven experience in providing guidance and operational support to team members Strong knowledge of loan closing, title clearance, and real estate-secured lending processes Experience with loan origination systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
