What You'll Do

As a valued member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• ???? Conduct thorough evaluations and create customized treatment plans

• ???? Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and progressive interventions

• ???? Monitor patient progress and make meaningful adjustments

• ???? Collaborate with referring providers and fellow therapists for holistic care

• ???? Educate patients on injury prevention, movement, and wellness

• ✍️ Maintain accurate, timely documentation in a streamlined EMR system

Who You Are

You're a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist who thrives in a patient-first environment. You want more than a job—you want a workplace where your voice matters and your care makes a difference.

Qualifications:

• Current NY State PT license (or eligibility)

• DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Passion for delivering hands-on, personalized care

• Open to new grads—mentorship available!

Requirements:

• CPR certification

• Basic computer/EMR proficiency

• Willingness to work flexible weekday hours (NO weekends)
