As part of the Shared Services Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting daily office functions and maintaining operational efficiency. This position is perfect for those who thrive in a collaborative, multi-client environment and are comfortable adapting to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately log and process checks, manage documents, and work through office queues.
• Communicate professionally with insurance carriers both through inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide support across teams to meet client requirements and maintain service quality standards.
• Research and resolve items received via faxes, reports, tasks, correspondence, and refund/return checks.
• Follow established procedures and company guidelines in all tasks.
• Take on additional projects or duties as assigned, sometimes with short notice.

Requirements

• Office experience and proficiency with Windows 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• High attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
• Ability to occasionally work overtime as needed.
• Strong history of teamwork and collaboration.
• Comfortable with the physical requirements of the job, including standing, sitting, and walking as needed.
• Consistent employment record; candidates with multiple employment lapses may not be considered.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Compensation: $19.00 per hour
• Location: Springfield, OH 45505
