Physical Therapist

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Provide patient therapy evaluations and/or treatments according to established policies and procedures for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric. Work in an outpatient setting with orthopedic, neurological, and general medical patient caseloads. Patient ratios can vary but are typically 12-15 patients per shift. Limited requests for time off preferred, with no more than 5 days. Occasional weekend or holiday coverage may be required for inpatient coverage.

Experience: Minimum 2 years current Physical Therapy experience; Outpatient experience required; Inpatient experience highly preferred

License: Active state license in Physical Therapy required

Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS required

Must-Have: Permanent address must be included in the submission file Physical Therapy skills checklist is required 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past year of employment is required All licenses and certifications must be current and in hand at time of submission
