Peer Recovery & Housing Support Specialist
TASC
TASC is seeking a dedicated Peer Support Specialist in its Housing Division to support individuals returning from Illinois prisons. You will work within the BRIDGE To Home program to assist with access to permanent housing, supportive services, and community integration.
You will coordinate with behavioral health and public agencies, promote community connection, and help clients build daily living skills while maintaining accurate ECR records.
