As an Events and Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping to plan, execute, and manage various events while supporting our sales team to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, meetings, and promotional activities. Support the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and client proposals. Maintain accurate records of event details, sales transactions, and client communications. Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, transportation, and audio-visual equipment. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in event planning and sales support or related roles. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
