JOIN THE TEAM COMMITTED TO DRIVING YOUR CAREER FORWARD Job Type: Full time Exempt/NonExempt: Salary Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner as they arrive for service appointments; listen to vehicle concerns and accurately document their needs; advise on available services, repairs, and maintenance options based on their vehicle’s condition; provide clear explanations of repair estimates, timelines, and potential outcomes. Sales & Service Recommendations: Present and sell AAA Car Care services, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and warranty options; upsell additional services and products when appropriate; provide cost estimates and timeframes for repairs or service packages. Coordination and Follow‑Up: Act as the liaison between the customer and the service technicians, ensuring all requested work is accurately completed; maintain communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on vehicle status; ensure timely delivery of services, working closely with technicians to meet expectations; follow up after service completion to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Documentation and Record‑Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, work orders, and service history in the customer management system; review and process customer invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Customer Retention: Foster positive long‑term relationships with customers, building trust and brand loyalty; resolve complaints or concerns in a professional manner, always aiming for customer satisfaction; regular and reliable attendance is essential for the function of this job. Total Compensation Overview Service Advisors will earn a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, with monthly bonus potential based on performance. Must have and maintain a valid state Driver’s License. Experience: 6 months of minimum customer service experience or sales experience. Sales Acumen – uses knowledge to promote product/service value. Communication – effectively conveys information and demonstrates listening skills. Taking Initiative – proactively seeks out ways to improve. Customer Focus – anticipates and meets the needs of the customer. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Work Environment This position involves sitting, standing, walking, and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and carrying typical office equipment (averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight). Frequent standing and walking are required. Normal or corrected hearing is needed to receive detailed information orally and to understand normal conversations, both in person and on the telephone.
