Rehabilitation Technician | Outpatient Neuro Vestibular | 0.4 FTE

Rehabilitation Technician Gundersen Health System is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to support the therapy team and patients at the La Crosse YMCA‑Healthy Living Center clinic. Schedule Full time equivalent 0.4 FTE, 32 bi‑weekly hours. Work Thursdays 7:15am‑4:15pm or 10:15am‑4:15pm, and Fridays 6:45am‑4:15pm. No weekends or holidays. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay $16.49 per hour, plus increase with experience. 40‑hour flex overtime computation. Responsibilities Provide support to the therapy team and assist patients with rehabilitation exercises. Assist with equipment setup, patient positioning, and maintaining a clean work environment. Document patient progress and assist with program tracking. Follow all safety protocols and health care regulations. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency. Minimum one year of general service experience requiring basic occupational knowledge and skills. Current Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification from AHA or Red Cross. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
