RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently Demonstrate proficiency in the company’s Reward Program and assist customers as needed Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly and accurately Process refunds and exchanges, when necessary Apply appropriate discounts to orders, when applicable Examine products being purchased for damages and price accuracy Verify orders for accuracy and ensure each exit bag contains the correct warning labels and receipt before leaving the property Accurately fulfill curbside orders and ensure order correctness Record and maintain required data analytics and transaction information Identify and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally Work effectively within a team environment to meet operational goals Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Meet and maintain all company brand standards and procedures Complete downtime tasks and side work as assigned Ensure company goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met Consistently maintain a professional, neat, well-groomed, and camera‑ready appearance in alignment with the company’s brand standards. Promote a work environment that is positive , customer service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures Demonstrate a strong work ethic, and the willingness and ability to put forth the level of effort required to fulfill job duties. Maintain an elevated knowledge of cannabis, cannabis products, brand standards, and compliance Other duties may be assigned Supervisory Responsibilities None Requirements Qualification Previous customer service or retail experience preferred Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs Physical Demands Ability to walk, stand, and run for extended periods of time Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions Ability to lift and carry items as needed Ability to move quickly and safely between indoor and outdoor areas Summary The Curbside Attendant is responsible for delivering fast, accurate, and friendly service to customers utilizing curbside pickup.
