Procurement Analyst II

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Analyst II to support multiple procurement and supply chain teams across reporting, supplier management, sourcing activities, compliance, and operational analysis. This role will serve as a cross‑functional resource, helping maintain visibility into spend, supplier performance, procurement activity, supply and demand trends, and process compliance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and able to support a variety of procurement initiatives as business needs evolve. What You Will Do: Support multiple procurement and supply chain teams with reporting, analysis, supplier data, and operational follow‑up. Maintain dashboards and reports covering spend, suppliers, sourcing activity, purchase orders, savings, compliance, and supplier performance. Assist with RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, onboarding, contract support, and supplier selection processes. Track supply, demand, supplier performance, and procurement activity to identify risks, gaps, or improvement opportunities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across procurement, operations, finance, legal, and business teams. Support supplier site visits, audits, and compliance reviews as needed. Help standardize procurement processes, reporting templates, documentation, and team workflows. Prepare presentations, summaries, and recommendations for procurement leadership. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, engineering, finance, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, operations, or supply chain analytics. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred : Experience with RFPs, RFQs, supplier selection, contract support, or supplier negotiations. Experience building dashboards, supplier scorecards, or spend analysis reports. Ability to travel for supplier visits or audits as needed. CyrusOne is an equal opportunity employer.
