Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including custom applications, configuration, and scripting.

Experience developing solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or similar.
Strong workflow automation experience using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Workflows, and related platform tools.
Experience building integrations and APIs between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, or platform UX enhancements.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics within ServiceNow.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, or CIS-CSM.

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support multiple high-impact platform initiatives across the organization. This individual will serve as a hands-on technical resource responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and CSM environments. On a day-to-day basis, this person will build and enhance Service Catalog items and request workflows, develop automations using Flow Designer, create integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications, support API development and system connectivity efforts, improve Employee Center and portal experiences, develop reports and dashboards, gather requirements from business stakeholders, and translate those requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate is a true developer rather than a ticket-focused administrator, with experience owning work from requirements through deployment while helping drive workflow automation, process improvements, and broader platform adoption across the enterprise.
