Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite | Level 1 Trauma Center

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub and circulator duties in a high-volume Main OR setting at a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Support a diverse patient mix including orthopedic trauma and spine, neuro/craniotomy, robotic surgery, bariatric procedures, and laparoscopic and open GYN and general surgery cases
• Operate and assist with robotic surgical platforms including Xi, SP, and DaVinci systems
• Provide strong trauma nursing skills across both benign and oncologic surgical cases
• Fulfill on-call requirements of approximately 8–12 hours per month
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic health records system

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license or valid Compact license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room experience
• Scrub experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of submission
• Ability to float within skillset as needed based on census and patient acuity
• Must be available to work 2 of 3 major holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Scrub and circulator experience in neuro/craniotomy cases highly preferred
