Now Hiring: Production Workers in St. Cloud, MN!

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

1st Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Production Worker, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process by:

Operating production machinery and assisting machine operators
Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
Sorting and organizing products and materials
Counting finished products to verify order accuracy
Loading and unloading materials from machines, conveyors, and transport vehicles
Palletizing products according to proper stacking procedures
Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a cold-temperature environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
Dependable attendance and strong punctuality are required
Comfortable submitting to and successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced production setting
Flexibility to move between different production line areas as needed
Ability to wear and work in all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
