Administrative Assistant, Quality – Grand Junction | Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm Schedule
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Location: Grand Junction, Colorado
Pay Range: $19.88-$22.00 (Non-Exempt/Hourly)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Quality department. This role supports quality management, regulatory readiness, performance improvement, data and reporting activities, and department operations to promote efficiency, organization, and effective follow-through.
The position collaborates with the Director of Quality, Quality team members, clinical and operational leaders, and other organizational partners to coordinate meetings and activities, maintain records and data, support reporting, track departmental priorities, and assist with quality and performance improvement initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably in healthcare.
Licenses and Certifications: Valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance maintained throughout employment.
