Compensation Flat stipend/pay amount for on-call availability. Hourly rate paid for all hours worked when called in for service. Qualifications Current Delaware Registered Nurse (RN) certification/licensure as required by state regulations (Dual Maryland preferred). Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to respond promptly when activated. Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills. Knowledge of Traumasoft a plus. Responsibilities Provide prehospital emergency medical care and transportation services (Required to Run ALS Transports). Maintain compliance with company policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements. Complete required documentation accurately and promptly. Ensure readiness of equipment and vehicles.
