Quality Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality operations, data analysis, and compliance activities within a manufacturing environment. This role partners with internal teams and suppliers to ensure products meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Support the Quality team with routine SAP and MES activities by reviewing quality data from incoming materials through finished goods shipment. Assist with the creation, revision, and maintenance of quality procedures and documentation. Develop, maintain, and enhance quality tools, with a preference for SAP QM module experience. Support internal, external, compliance, and surveillance audits. Assist in the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues. Manage and track Quality HOLD materials through disposition. Prepare and issue Material Test Reports (MTRs) for incoming and finished products. Authorize the release of finished goods for shipment in accordance with quality standards. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Work with suppliers to resolve quality concerns identified during incoming inspection or production. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a manufacturing-related role. Knowledge of tubular and/or steel manufacturing and testing (destructive and non-destructive) preferred. Familiarity with API and ISO standards is a plus. Experience with SAP systems preferred. Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and planning abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
