Cannabis HR Generalist: Compliance & Talent

King City Gardens is seeking an HR Generalist to be the operational heart of the people function across licensed cannabis cultivation and retail operations. Reporting to the Director of HR, this role partners with managers and employees, handling recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, investigations, and offboarding with strict regulatory compliance. You will ensure adherence to Ohio DCC requirements, Ohio Administrative Code 1301:18, and applicable employment laws, maintaining accurate records #J-18808-Ljbffr King City Gardens
