We are seeking a Registered Nurse PACU to provide immediate post-operative care for surgical patients. Key responsibilities include managing airway support, monitoring neurological and cardiac status, responding to complications, providing initial wound care, and ensuring patient stability during recovery. The role involves collaborating with surgical and anesthesia teams , applying evidence-based practices, and educating patients and families about medical conditions and follow-up care. Required qualifications include RN licensure , Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) , Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) , and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) . PACU or ICU experience is preferred, and on-call availability is required. Ideal candidates will demonstrate critical thinking, technical skills, leadership, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team .
