We’re looking for someone like you to help assess, develop, and maintain mission-critical joint doctrine publications and the Universal Joint Task List ( UJTL ) across the Joint Force’s doctrine, education, terminology, and training communities.Serving as a Doctrine and Task Analyst, you’ll help develop, assess, and maintain joint doctrine that supports warfighter readiness and decision-making. Your role spans the full doctrine lifecycle, conducting analytical reviews, updating UJTL content, preparing briefings and read‑ahead materials, supporting working groups, and collaborating with Joint Staff personnel, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Services, and doctrine communities. You’ll also contribute to terminology and allied doctrine research, assist with editing and coordination in tools like Joint Doctrine Development Tool ( JDDT ) , and help sustain key doctrine systems. Through your operational experience , communication skills, and analytical abilities, you’ll ensure doctrine remains accurate, relevant , and aligned with joint force needs. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
