Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician

Deliver exceptional whole-person care. We are seeking a board-certified family medicine physician to join our growing, team-based primary care practice in Anchorage, Alaska. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician who is passionate about preventive medicine, relationship-based care, and improving patient outcomes through a collaborative, value-based care model.

Compensation & benefits:

• Competitive salary: $243,074 - $364,611

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited family medicine residency (family medicine preferred; internal medicine considered)
• Current board certification through ABFM, ABIM, or AOA
• Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience
• Current, unrestricted Alaska medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration
• Documentation of a negative TB test within 12 months prior to start date
• Experience practicing in a team-based care environment
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred
• Knowledge of medical coding and documentation, including Medicare advantage and HCC coding
• Proficiency with Google workspace
