Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low‑latency, high‑speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Export Control Requirement This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government‑imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed. Key job responsibilities Draft and negotiate comprehensive legal agreements supporting Amazon Leo’s global connectivity initiatives Develop and maintain contract templates, training materials, and standard operating procedures Provide strategic contracting advice to business team members across multiple projects Track and analyze contract‑related metrics to drive continuous process improvement Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and support business objectives A day in the life Your day will be dynamic and impactful, working closely with cross‑functional teams to advance our satellite connectivity mission. You will collaborate on critical legal documentation, engage in strategic contract negotiations, and develop processes that support our global public sector partnerships.
