Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Empower young learners and help shape their communication skills in a vibrant elementary school environment. As a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a key role in supporting students’ speech and language development for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite contract opportunity working with an engaging elementary caseload at a single, welcoming school location.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Possession of a valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and case management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students, addressing individual IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs and progress
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development as needed
• Support a positive school climate through advocacy and education
