Please note that this job is 100% onsite, based in Aurora, CO. You will use a company vehicle for local business-related travel.

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading landscaping company to fill their open Operations Manager job in Aurora, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of recent, relevant experience.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $90,000 and $125,000 annually. You will also be eligible to earn additional incentives, depending on your performance and your Branch's performance. This company provides a competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the face of the Branch of the company and interfacing with clients and vendors
• Supervising, training, and coaching all Branch staff
• Utilizing and coordinating all resources to ensure client projects are completed within budget and deadlines
• Maintaining company and employee compliance with all policies and procedures (training, safety, etc.)
• Maintaining the fleet of company vehicles
• Monitoring Branch sales and performance
• Running progress and profitability reports
• Managing all aspects of snow removal projects
• Overseeing team performance and maintaining a high quality of work
• Scheduling and routing maintenance projects
• Monitoring labor and materials
• Managing budgets
• Managing the upkeep of the Branch
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Proven experience managing a high value book of business
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Fluency in Spanish preferred

Compensation:

• Annual salary between $90,000 and $125,000
• Eligibility for additional performance-based incentives
