We invest in our staff through training, supervision, and opportunities for advancement.Role ResponsibilitiesProvide direct ABA therapy in 1:1 and small group formatsUse reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA strategiesTrack and document client progress through data collectionCollaborate with Behavior Analysts, families, and team membersParticipate in ongoing training and professional developmentFollow ethical guidelines and ensure client safety at all timesSchedule & Pay$17–$20 per hour, depending on experienceRegular weekday hours: 8:15 AM–3:45 PMPerformance evaluations conducted three times per yearQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDExperience with children or developmental disabilities preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to remain professional, flexible, and receptive to feedbackFocused and swift to be able to play with and support kidsMust be at least 18 years old with reliable transportationEmployee BenefitsPaid training, paid lunch break, generous PTO package including federal holidays, paid breaks and personal days (totaling over 6 weeks off a year), health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, parental leave, license reimbursement, referral bonuses, and professional growth opportunities.Location: Wildwood, MO and Chesterfield, MO
