Position: Machine Operator (2nd Shift) Job Summary We are seeking a Machine Operator who will report directly to the Floor Supervisor. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with EPS manufacturing processes. Pay $18/hr Schedule Monday through Friday 3:30pm-12am Flexibility is a must – hours subject to change based on production schedule Responsibilities Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures. Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing. Track block numbers. Tape measure/ruler knowledge. Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another). Physical Demands Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity. Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Qualifications Hardworking and enthusiastic personality. Must be minimum of 18 years of age. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Able to manage and set priorities in a changing environment. High degree of self-motivation and flexibility.
