Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Ideal qualifications for this contract role include:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC certification
• Experience providing speech services in pediatric and school-based settings
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to diverse developmental levels and backgrounds
• Missouri state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)

Key responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Providing direct therapy services to students
• Working closely with teachers, support staff, and parents
• Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining timely, accurate documentation
