What You’ll Do

• Be the bridge between customers and the shop team , ensuring clear communication.
• Write repair orders , schedule work, and keep customers updated every step of the way.
• Provide accurate estimates and ensure high customer satisfaction from start to finish.
• Help maintain smooth daily operations and efficient workflow in the service department.

We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of service writing, customer service, or related experience (automotive or similar).
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• A positive, solutions-driven attitude — you see challenges as opportunities.
• The ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
