Description: Correctional Center- LPN

Location: Fayetteville NC

Rate: Up to $1655 gross weekly + benefits from day one!

Schedule: Both Nights and Day Available

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all nursing staff activities, including scheduling, health assessments, and patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines and policies, and identify potential issues and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records and statistics, including staffing levels, inventory, and patient care.

• Assist with staff training and evaluations, and conduct regular meetings to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Maintain a professional and high standard of patient care and attend institutional staff meetings as directed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing

Licenses/Certifications

• Must have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse within the State (minimum requirement)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
