Job Description: We are actively seeking compassionate and reliable Mandarin-speaking caregivers to provide exceptional care to our senior clients. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed.
• Provide mobility assistance, including help with walking, transfers, and exercises.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing needs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
