Staff Development Coordinator

Cedars Healthcare Center seeks a Staff Development Coordinator RN to lead staff education and competency programs in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The RN will design and deliver orientation, in-service training, and ongoing clinical education to support safe, person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes.
