What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing commercial roofing opportunities, including repairs, maintenance programs, and reroofing projects.

Success in this role means:

• Building a strong pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship development


• Becoming a trusted advisor to commercial property owners and facility managers


• Conducting roof assessments and identifying solutions that help customers protect their assets


• Presenting proposals and closing opportunities that create value for both the customer and the company


• Partnering with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience with a passion for developing business and building relationships


• Commercial roofing experience preferred, but industry professionals looking to transition into sales are encouraged to apply
