Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly preferred
- CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellow applicants considered
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing and evaluating students to determine their speech and language needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining timely and accurate records, including IEP documentation
- Providing direct therapy and consultative support in both individual and group settings
- Participating in school meetings and contributing to student progress monitoring
