Make an Impact as a Dialysis Nurse * Patient Care: Monitor, assess, and support patients before, during, and after hemodialysis treatments. * Clinical Procedures: Perform vascular access, collect and analyze patient data, perform laboratory collection, administer medications, and dialysis treatment. * Equipment and Safety: Prepare and use dialysis machines, ensuring proper function and hygiene. * Documentation: Accurately record care plans and patient treatment data, and follow medical prescriptions and internal protocols. * Teamwork and Education: Collaborate with teams, act as a Team Leader, support initial and ongoing patient and family education, and help onboard and train staff members. We're Looking for RNs Who Have * Graduated from an accredited school of nursing * Current state licensure * CPR BLS certification * At least 9 months of experience as an RN * Ability to meet the physical demands and working conditions of the role, including: moving patients; assisting with ambulation; heavy lifting up to 200 lbs.; lifting chemical and water solutions up to 30 lbs. as high as 5 feet; prolonged standing; bending and lifting; being exposed to infectious and/or contagious diseases/materials; desk/computer work; interacting with patients and medical teams. May require travel to training sites or other facilities.
