Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Food/Flavors)

Location: Piscataway, NJ
Pay: $27-29/hr
Duration: Temporary through the end of 2027, with potential for extension
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Work Arrangement: Onsite in Piscataway, NJ

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support a large-scale global regulatory project. This role will focus heavily on regulatory data cleansing, review, validation, and organization to ensure data accuracy and consistency across global systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive regulatory data cleansing and validation
• Review and update regulatory information for accuracy and completeness
• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, and data discrepancies
• Research and verify regulatory data as needed
• Maintain accurate regulatory records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams on a global regulatory project
• Support additional regulatory activities and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Regulatory Affairs , Regulatory Compliance, or a related field
• Strong experience with extensive regulatory data cleansing is highly preferred within the food/flavors industry specifically
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of data
• Strong Excel and computer skills
• Experience working on global regulatory projects is a plus
