Production Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a part-time detail-oriented and organized Production Specliast to support a growing product customization operation. This role combines hands-on production support with project coordination, production planning, and collaboration with creative and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor digital production equipment used for customized products. Adjust machine settings and production parameters to ensure quality output. Coordinate with design and creative teams regarding artwork, layouts, patterns, and production specifications. Communicate design revisions and production requirements to ensure accurate execution. Support production scheduling and capacity planning to meet weekly output goals. Monitor production workflows and assist with prioritization of projects. Prepare files, materials, and production orders for daily processing. Track production progress, timelines, and completion status. Troubleshoot basic production issues and elevate concerns when needed. Maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Assist with inventory, materials coordination, and fulfillment preparation as needed. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical team members. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to work. Ability to learn new systems, equipment, and processes quickly. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful but not required: Production coordination Manufacturing operations Digital printing Product customization Production planning Warehouse operations Inventory coordination Process improvement initiatives Technical Skills Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience working with production equipment or manufacturing systems is a plus Exposure to design files, artwork workflows, or CAD-generated designs is beneficial Production scheduling or workflow management experience preferred Primarily office and production‑floor based Minimal physical lifting required Dedicated workstation provided Collaborative and supportive team environment Direct exposure to production, warehouse, and operational functions Hands‑on training provided Why Consider This Opportunity?
