What You'll Do

• Deliver anesthesia care for a wide variety of adult surgical procedures, including general, neurosurgical, and deep sedation/MAC cases
• Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia
• Conduct preoperative assessments and patient education
• Monitor patients safely throughout procedures and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
• Document all patient care accurately in Epic EMR
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

What You Need

• Fully licensed CRNA in Michigan, current NBCRNA certification
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Minimum years of professional anesthesia experience (specifics linked to internal requirements)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
