Part-Time Guest Services Ambassador (GSA 3)

WoodSpring Suites Orlando North Maitland is seeking a dependable, versatile, and experienced Guest Services Ambassador (GSA 3) to support both our Front Desk and Housekeeping departments.

This position is ideal for someone looking for supplemental income, a flexible work schedule, or an opportunity to remain active in the hospitality industry without a full-time commitment.

We are specifically looking for someone who already has experience in both hotel front desk operations and housekeeping. The ideal candidate can confidently step into either department based on the hotel's operational needs.

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time position with variable weekly hours.
• Weekend availability is essential, particularly Saturdays and Sundays.
• Sunday housekeeping coverage is a primary need, with additional housekeeping support on Saturdays.
• Opportunities to cover front desk shifts during employee absences, vacations, and other staffing needs.
• Additional hours may be available depending on business demands.

Flexibility is key. This is a support position designed for someone comfortable working in multiple departments rather than maintaining a fixed weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Guest Services
• Provide friendly, professional service to all guests.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, and room renewals.
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow established hotel procedures.
• Assist with room inventory, guest communications, and daily front desk operations.
• Support guest satisfaction and hotel revenue initiatives.
• Housekeeping & Property Support
• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to company and brand standards.
• Perform room refreshes, departures, and general housekeeping duties.
• Assist with hotel laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and guest-facing spaces.
• Support the housekeeping team during busy weekends or staffing shortages.
• Help ensure rooms are clean, inspected, and ready for arriving guests.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience strongly preferred.
• Previous professional housekeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in extended-stay hotels is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, and payment processing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and transition between different job responsibilities.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with hotel housekeeping.
• Must be available to work weekends and provide occasional coverage when needed.
