Job Description Due to a recent internal promotion, Hilton Cleveland Downtown is seeking a Front Office Manager to join their incredible team! This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role, oversee an exceptional guest service team, and help create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest. As the only Hilton Corporate-managed hotel in Cleveland, Hilton Cleveland Downtown offers an exciting and dynamic environment with 600 guest rooms and a strong focus on delivering outstanding hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality leader looking to grow their career with Hilton! Salaried Base Compensation: $57,000–$60,000 annually, plus the opportunity to earn a percentage of the team’s overall upsell revenue achieved Schedule: This position will work primarily—and almost exclusively—second shift, from 2:00 PM–11:30 PM, with flexibility to work first shift and occasional overnight shifts as needed for coverage.
