We're looking for a Commercial Sales Support Specialist to join our Strategic Accounts Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business challenges, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, analyzing data, and helping a commercial team execute at a high level.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial Sales Support Specialist, you'll play an important role in helping our Strategic Accounts Team deliver exceptional support to some of our largest customers and distribution partners.

You'll:

• Coordinate pricing requests, quotes, bids, and sales documentation.
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, and customer analytics that support strategic decision-making.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews by preparing reporting and presentation materials.
• Coordinate activities across Pricing, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Track strategic priorities and help ensure customer commitments are delivered on time.
• Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
• Recommend process improvements that strengthen execution and improve efficiency.
• Build trusted relationships across the organization while supporting key customer initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Support, Account Coordination, or a related business support role.
• Experience supporting strategic accounts, national accounts, contract customers, or distribution partners preferred.
• Experience within Jan-San, hygiene, facility supply, MRO, foodservice, healthcare, or related distribution industries preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM required.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
