Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Contract to hire. Pay rate: 18.9/HR W2. Remote with onsite for a total of nine (9) days during their training period fulfilled over three (3) designated weeks. Candidates must be in the tri-state area and commutable to IBX. Training will be hybrid virtual and in-person. Candidates will be required to be onsite for a total of nine (9) days during their training period fulfilled over three (3) designated weeks. The specific weeks that candidates must report onsite will be communicated at the beginning of training. It will be Tuesday – Thursday. This onsite training requirement is mandatory. Please ensure candidates are aware of and able to meet this requirement prior to submission. Position is fully remote. Must have Spanish and CSR assessments or Bilingual CSR Assessment completed upon submission. At least 1 year call center experience.

Job Description: The department is open Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 11:00PM EST, regardless of timezone. The shift they will be working will be provided at the end of training. This is a 37.5 hour week but OT is offered and sometimes required as needed for over 40 hours. CSRs handle claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, etc. and work with customers to solve problems. This is a 5 star service that the team is looking to uphold. Tone and empathy are a must for this position. Qualifications:

• Call Center Customer Service, inbound calls required (no telesales or collections) required
• Looking for excellent Customer Focused competencies - seeking service oriented individuals with strong customer service skills.
• Must have empathy and strong problem solving skills.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. This is a phone based position which requires excellent verbal communication; use of proper grammar; professional language/word choice vs casual language/slang; ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone.
• Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time.
• ALL candidates must score a 80% or above on CSR Testing. **Please attach test results to submission**

Preferred qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal
• 2 years of customer service experience in a call center is required
• Healthcare industry experience a plus
• Strong Call Center Customer Service experience (Inbound calls)
• Medical background helpful
