Job Description

Events Warehouse Associate

Turn your warehouse experience into something more than the same routine every day.

• Operate a hilo/forklift to safely move inventory and equipment throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers and organize incoming and outgoing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for event-related products.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
• Support local event setups and installations as needed.
• Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse priorities and help ensure materials are ready when and where they're needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on hilo/forklift experience .
• Experience handling, organizing, and tracking inventory.
• Comfortable with physical warehouse work, including loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials.
• Dependable and available for a full-time Monday-Friday schedule .
• Able to work independently and stay organized while managing changing priorities.

Experience with event logistics, installations, or inventory management is a plus, but not required.
