• Assisting in the implementation of treatment plans for patients in various settings, including outpatient, acute, skilled nursing, and home health
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Documenting patient progress and communicating effectively with the healthcare team
• Adapting therapy techniques to meet the needs of each individual patient
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all patients
• Need 2 years experience in setting
