Job Details RN-Registered Nurse // Psychiatric Pay: $48 - $51/hour ($576.0 - $612 weekly base pay). Contract: All On-site Contract, Starts 5/12/2026, 20 weeks. Work Schedule Day Shift 6 hours/day, 2 days/week. Saturdays and Sundays scheduled weekly. Facility BILH Behavioral Services Tewksbury, Massachusetts 01876 06/08/26 to 10/24/26 20 Weeks 12 Hours/week Schedule: 08:30 AM - 03:00 PM. Position Description 20-week assignment. Locals only. Requires 6 hour day shift (12 hours per week). Focus on addiction recovery psychiatric RN duties at Transitional Support Services (TSS) facilities, bridging detox and community living. Responsibilities include monitoring physical/mental health, managing medications (including Medication-Assisted Treatment), conducting psycho-educational groups, assisting with case management, relapse prevention, and daily living skills. Clinical Monitoring & Care Monitor patients for post-acute withdrawal symptoms, manage co-occurring mental health disorders, assess overall health stability. Medication Management Oversee self-administered medications, provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (e.g., buprenorphine, naltrexone), conduct overdose prevention training. Supportive Education & Counseling Lead psycho-educational groups, teach relapse prevention strategies, educate on addiction, recovery, and healthy life skills. Case Management & Coordination Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (counselors, physicians) to develop individualized treatment plans, assist with aftercare planning, and facilitate referrals to outpatient services. Structure & Safety Ensure a safe, structured environment, often conducting drug testing and ensuring compliance with the program. Requirements Must be separated from any BILH affiliated facilities for 6 months prior to being considered. In-person interview required. Locals only.
