Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner Pay Rate: $67/hour, paid weekly Schedule: 32.5–40 hours per week, including every other weekend Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and family care services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning Conduct routine examinations and diagnostic testing to support positive patient outcomes Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, preventive care, and wellness initiatives Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care plans with other healthcare professionals Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare and well-being Perform administrative responsibilities including: Opening and closing the clinic Inventory management Patient follow-up Insurance verification and payment collection Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment Handle patient appointments and documentation accurately and efficiently Qualifications Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program Current National Board Certification Active State license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse Minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in: Family Medicine Primary Care Urgent Care Working knowledge of quality measurement and chronic disease management Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Comfortable working independently and remotely within a clinical care team structure Proficient with healthcare technology and information management systems Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required *
