We're looking for skilled Millwrights to execute the commissioning, start-up, and continued reliability of a highlyfocused maintenance prevention program for Hampton Lumber. Diagnose mechanical issues and execute timely effective repairs Collaborate with operations and all team members to improve equipment performance Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations Take full ownership of assigned tasks to Hampton's maintenance standards Willingness to work different shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed for operations, commissioning, training, or start-up Qualifications What we are looking for: Safety-First Mindset : Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to workplace safety Integrity: Holds themselves accountable and operates with honesty and professionalism - Takes responsibility for their work Forward Thinker: Prioritizes preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime which identifies early signs of wear, failure, or inefficiency - strives for excellence.
