The Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Veterinary Technician to join our founding team. This role is perfect for someone who is not only passionate about urgent care but also eager to grow in the future.

As a Veterinary Technician at Gems, you will:

• Triage and assist in urgent care cases with confidence and calm
• Perform diagnostic testing and assist with procedures
• Provide compassionate nursing care and monitor patients
• Communicate effectively with pet owners and the veterinary team
• Maintain an organized and positive clinic environment
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends required.

Qualifications

• Credentialed as CVT, RVT, or LVT in Colorado (or eligible to obtain) preferred but not required
• Prior experience in urgent care or ER preferred.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Desire to grow into leadership roles
