Are you a skilled oral surgeon seeking clinical independence and the opportunity to lead and grow a dedicated practice with the full support of an experienced team behind you? Desert Oral Surgery is seeking a highly motivated, board-certified or board-eligible oral and maxillofacial surgeon to lead our Palm Springs location, with the backing of two nearby partner practices and experienced surgeons available for collaboration and coverage.

• Level 1 Trauma Center Call Contract with full-scope oral surgery, a competitive daily stipend, and collections-based compensation; call runs approximately one week on and four weeks off

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program
• Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery or actively pursuing certification
• Valid dental license in California (or in the process of obtaining)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care
