Licensed Insurance Representative

This opportunity is a customer service position within a successful STATE FARM Agency. The agency is a dynamic organization backed by many years of industry experience. It is a vital role for the agency, as it involves both the acquisition (proactive & reactive) of new business and the effective servicing of existing policies and households. Insurance Sales Representative Requirements Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent interpersonal skills People-oriented Organizational skills Self-motivated P&C is license preferred. Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities include but not limited to: Servicing of existing customers/households Engaging in proactive policy retention strategies Quoting and preparation of insurance proposals Setting and conducting Quality Conversations.
