Please apply only if you are able to work in person at our Tucson location.What can you expect from your work at Afni?This onsite position at our Escalante and Pantano delivers technical support and customer service for telecommunications customers, providing resolution for inquiries and issues related to cable television, internet, and home phone devices while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role emphasizes first-call resolution, revenue generation through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, adherence to quality standards, and continuous learning to support evolving products, services, and customer needs.
